The information collected as part of LinkedIn Conversion Tracking is also processed on systems of LinkedIn Inc. in the USA. LinkedIn undertakes to comply with the European data protection regulations on a contractual basis.

Processing of personal data in the application process

Your data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of filling vacancies. If you make an open application, your data will automatically be forwarded to the relevant personnel staff according to your abilities. encoway GmbH is part of the Lenze Group, and the personnel staff in question may also be from other companies in the Lenze Group based in Bremen. encoway GmbH does not maintain a general pool of applicants in order to store interesting profiles over an extended period of time.

You consent to the processing and transmission of your data solely for the application process. You confirm that the information provided by you is true and accurate. You are also aware that false information can lead to the termination of any employment relationship.

Deletion of data

In the context of your application, it is ensured that when the purpose for which we have received your data ceases to apply, the data will automatically be deleted from our systems. Routines have been created that always ensure data deletion when the purpose of the survey ceases to apply or after the expiration of the underlying retention period.
Your application data will always be deleted in the case of a negative decision after 6 months.

Data security

Your data will be hosted by a provider by way of commissioned data processing in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. Both encoway and the processor Recruitee B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam (Netherlands) will use technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction and unauthorised access. Our security measures are constantly being improved in line with technological developments.
