Nina Malaka, Strategic Marketing at encoway GmbH

Nina Malaka has been with encoway since 2013 and is responsible for strategic marketing and portfolio management. Her role involves identifying and analysing relevant market segments and responsibility for the market-oriented further development of the product portfolio. The business school graduate has been working in the field of standard software for over 20 years now, first as a developer and product manager with SAP AG, and then in business development and presales at ORTEC GmbH. She knows a wide range of industries and processes first hand. But essentially, it all amounts to the same thing: deriving customer requirements from economically feasible standard solutions.
