Learning from the bottom up
Vocational training plays an important role for us. Many of our junior staff have learned the business from the bottom up thanks to an apprenticeship at encoway. In addition to vocational training, for example as an IT specialist (m/f/d), we also offer places on the dual study programme in computer science (DSI).
In real projects, we want to give you the chance to take on exciting tasks and responsibilities at an early stage – because we do not believe in simply watching how others do the job.
Let’s find out together where a mutual journey might take us!
Internships for school pupils
We will be glad to offer you the opportunity to get to know how we work and our areas of responsibility as part of an internship. Your time with us will help you to find out what it is like to work in the IT industry, how software is created and what career paths there are.
Internships for school pupils can be arranged for up to 4 weeks as compulsory internships, or as voluntary internships during the holidays.
Doing things yourself, trying things out, and experiencing software development: at encoway, you can gain an insight into the workplace and the areas of responsibility of a software company as part of Future Day. Experience how interesting and varied our work is!
During Future Day at encoway, there are practical workshops, guided tours of the company and small-scale training sessions on the basics of programming. You will, for example, be able to develop a robot or a quiz game in Java yourself.
Every year, Future Day at encoway attracts a lot of interest, and the places are taken very quickly, so please contact us in good time with a short application and send it by email to the Talent Management Team at.
