encoway kicks off its anniversary year with a winter retreat
This May, encoway will be 25 years old. Under the motto “Strong in CPQ – ready for tomorrow”, we are looking back on what we have achieved as part of our anniversary campaigns and, above all, looking forward to the future full of energy and ideas.
Over the past 25 years, encoway has grown into a leading CPQ provider with extensive industry and project experience from over 100 customer projects and is constantly evolving. With our strong expertise in configuration and variant management, we advise companies and guide them through transformative processes. With and beyond our standard CPQ software, we continue to seek innovative solutions for our customers’ challenges. DOCK ONE and the DIGITAL HUB INDUSTRY Bremen, which encoway and our parent company Lenze played a key role in setting up, have long stood for our orientation towards innovation and exchange between industry, research and services.
We literally kicked off our anniversary year at our winter retreat on February 6. The regular one-day winter retreat was dedicated to our anniversary motto. Keynote speeches by Utlef Tonding and Sebastian Behnen, members of the encoway management team, dealt with topics such as “Where we are and where we are heading”, the challenges facing our customers, new products and innovations. Ideas for the future were worked on in numerous workshops throughout the day, in mixed teams and sometimes with the participation of customers and partners. Workshop topics included, for example Guided Selling Modeling with AI, “P2M: Talk with your Data” or “Collaborative Engineering”.
Together they discussed, developed and followed new, creative approaches. The teams came up with fresh ideas and more mature solutions, many of which will be pursued further.
Next May, we will be celebrating our anniversary intensively in the week from May 19 to 23. This will include an official reception with numerous guests, a CPQ Summit in Bremen on May 22 and a big party.
Further information will follow. We are looking forward to many special moments and encounters in this extraordinary anniversary year.
