The 12th Smart Variant.CON will take place in Berlin from 23 to 25 June 2024. encoway is a partner and exhibitor at the largest annual meeting of the German-speaking variant management community for the manufacturing industry. Around 200 participants are expected to discuss the handling of variance, practicable methods for calculating and reducing complexity and solutions for efficient configuration.

Dr Frank Dylla, Competence Lead for Configuration Services at Cordes & Graefe, will provide an insight into the “Challenges of efficient configurators in wholesale“. Frank Dylla reports on the introduction of a central configuration platform at Cordes & Graefe. He sheds light on the complex requirements in wholesale and shows how a CPQ platform masters these challenges.
Initial case studies of configurators illustrate how targeted configuration solutions increase efficiency and generate sustainable benefits at Cordes & Graefe.
