This year encoway is welcoming twelve new apprentices – more than ever before! A total of 37 colleagues are currently preparing for their professional future in their respective apprenticeship years. encoway is thus continuing to expand its continuous promotion of young talent, which enjoys a high priority in the company.
This year, for the first time, the apprenticeship programme “Specialist in digitisation management” is included, which is an enhancement of the “Specialist in IT systems” programme. This new qualification combines commercial knowledge with IT expertise and thus perfectly complements encoway’s apprenticeship portfolio.

The first apprentice started at encoway 16 years ago, and since then the vocational training programme has been continuously expanded and enhanced to meet the increasing demand for well-trained specialists.
The new colleagues start off at encoway with variety-packed introductory weeks. The programme includes opportunities to get to know one’s new colleagues, experience reports and specialised courses and training sessions.
