Change is underway at encoway: our Supervisory Board is being strengthened and newly restructured. This development is part of a broader realignment of the leadership structure within the Lenze Group<\/a>, to which encoway belongs.

<\/h4>

Our shareholders have appointed Dr. Marc Wucherer<\/strong>, who assumed the role of CEO of the Lenze Group at the beginning of 2025, as the new Chairman of the encoway Supervisory Board. Dr. Wucherer was already a member of the board and brings extensive international leadership experience as well as deep industry expertise in automation and mechanical engineering. <\/p>

We are also pleased to welcome Bruno Krauss<\/strong> as a new member of our Supervisory Board. As of September 1, 2025, he will take on the role of CFO of the Lenze Group and will also strengthen the leadership team at encoway. His expertise in finance and transformation processes, combined with a clear focus on sustainable corporate governance, makes him a valuable addition to our board. <\/p>

The Supervisory Board has always closely supported encoway\u2019s development and contributed valuable input to our strategic direction. We are excited about the collaboration with the newly appointed team and the fresh perspectives it will bring. <\/p>
