For this study, encoway conducted a total of 23 qualified interviews with product managers from manufacturing companies in 2020 in order to gain important insights into the following questions:
- What are the challenges facing product management – now and in the future?
- What are the major “pains” in day-to-day work?
- How can these pains be categorised?
- What deductions can be made from this?
- What effective measures (pain relievers) are available to alleviate or eliminate the individual pains?
