With the new AI-supported software solution Product-to-Market (P2M), encoway supports sales in making economically relevant decisions faster and more informed. Product-to-Market covers the entire process – from data analysis and strategic measures through to implementation at the point of sale – and thus ensures greater efficiency in sales.

Even without CPQ, companies with a diverse portfolio benefit from product-to-market. Individual data sources are used to analyze the product portfolio. The desired behavioral changes in sales are controlled via nudging, for example to promote high-margin orders or achieve better delivery reliability.

Highlights encoway

encoway has been certified to ISO/IEC 27001, the internationally recognised standard for information security management systems, since 31 July 2025. The certification was carried out as part of a joint audit with the Lenze Group, to which ENCOWAYY has belonged for 25 years. A visible sign of our active role within the Group.

Information security is not a new topic at ENCOWAYY, but has been a central part of our corporate culture for many years. The certification confirms what we have been practising for a long time: a high degree of responsibility, data protection and continuous process improvement.

Our software solutions are business-critical for many of our customers and are deeply integrated into their processes. That is why we have always focussed on stability and security. We benefit from the high security standards of the Lenze Group, which has established a comprehensive security concept long before regulatory requirements such as NIS-2 or the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Lenze is certified in areas such as quality management, business continuity management, IT and the environment. Structures in which ENCOWAYY is integrated, even if this is not always visible at first glance.

The responsibility for implementation lies with ENCOWAYY itself – and with full conviction. Our customers benefit directly from our security-orientated way of working. ISO certification also supports compliance with regulatory requirements such as the EU NIS 2 Directive and is objective proof of our long-standing security strategy.

Founded in 2000, encoway currently employs over 300 people. Our market is the capital goods and manufacturing industry. Producers of components, equipment, and construction products as well as machinery manufacturers – our customers produce and sell multiple-variant products, solutions and systems. These include both SMEs and large companies, most of which operate worldwide. Our customer relations are based on a spirit of partnership that strives for mutual success.
