How encoway is mastering the current challenges
Dear customers and business partners,
We are currently experiencing a period of enormous change in which the corona pandemic has affected and changed all areas of our lives in a matter of weeks. Its effects pose unprecedented challenges to our health- and economic systems, our companies, and to each and every one of us. And even though we are now talking about the initial easing of restrictions, my thoughts are especially with those who have been directly affected by the consequences of the crisis in terms of their health or financially.
The virus has also impacted our usual work routine at encoway. For example, almost all of our colleagues have been working from home for a few weeks now. I am delighted that this changeover has gone very smoothly and that we are able to continue to support our customers in the ongoing projects without any restrictions.
The fact that encoway GmbH will soon be celebrating its 20th anniversary has now almost become a side note. Now, more than ever, we are particularly proud to be able to count on long-term customer relationships, powerful partners and a solid ownership structure. Together, we have been able to develop high-performance products and comprehensive services, and today we have an excellent standing and a stable market position.
But most importantly, we have great employees – an ambitious team that even in these turbulent times sticks closely together. We are busy making plans, we are looking to the future with optimism, and we are very much looking forward to continuing to work with you. I am personally very grateful for this.
