We welcome eight new trainees to encoway.
We are delighted to welcome our new trainees, who have decided to train as IT specialists for application development, office management assistants and for the dual study programme in IT.
The onboarding programme starts by providing the first important information about everyday training, getting to know each other and taking an in-depth look at the company and the various departments.
During the first few days, the new trainees experience a rally through the NEOS building together, receive communication training and visit an escape room.
Then the module period begins for our junior staff. In the first year, the focus of the in-company training is on learning the basics of software development. They are taught this content by employees from the company and have the opportunity to put what they have learnt directly into practice during the module period. After 10 months, the trainees switch to the teams.
We wish them all a good start and every success with their training and dual study programme.
