ProXES successfully unites three leading process technology brands under one roof: FrymaKoruma, Stephan and Terlet. ProXES thus stands for innovative and long-standing expertise in the development and manufacture of machines, process lines and solutions in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and advanced materials industries.
As part of a consulting project prior to the introduction of a CPQ solution, considerable optimization potential was identified in the sales processes of the Stephan and FrymaKoruma brands.
ProXES then implemented encoway CPQ, integrated into Salesforce CRM, creating the basis for standardized and harmonized sales processes for both brands.
The new solution enables consistent data management, reduces redundancies and speeds up the quotation creation process. The calculations previously used are replaced by guided selling and modeling functions in the configurator of the CPQ system. This means that quotations for both brands can be created from a standardized system.
With the introduction of encoway CPQ, ProXES achieved
- harmonization of sales processes for the FrymaKoruma and Stephan brands,
- standardized data maintenance and standardized offer documents,
- Automatically generated machine specifications,
- a low-risk standard software.
