Strong in CPQ - Ready for tomorrow
This CPQ Summit will be remembered for a long time, as it was organized as part of our 25th anniversary and was embedded in a week full of anniversary events.
The get-together the evening before in Bremen’s Weser Stadium was attended by high-profile anniversary guests and led to many interesting encounters. Dr. Marc Wucherer, CEO Lenze SE, enriched the entertaining evening with a short, informative keynote speech.
For the industry of tomorrow
The summit began on Thursday with an opening speech by Christoph Ranze, CEO of encoway. In his presentation, he covered everything from the challenges facing the industry and the beginnings of encoway to the latest developments and highlighted the new product-to-market offering. Special emphasis was placed on the topic of open innovation and the associated DOCK ONE projects.
Mastering complexity – winning the competition
Jan Eilers, Principal at Horváth & Partner GmbH, gave an informative, in-depth insight into the current state of complexity management in his keynote speech.
He shed light on why companies need to actively manage complexity today and which levers are particularly effective in doing so. He gave an overview of how systematic configuration management creates freedom, reduces unnecessary diversity and at the same time enables individualization – for more impact with less effort.
